Lindley Court Residents Limited

Lindley Court Residents Limited (registered company number 1848099) was established in 1984 as a vehicle for managing the flats at Ingram Court, and to administer and collect the annual service charge.

This company is owned and run by the flat owners. If you own or purchase a flat at the site, then you automatically become a shareholder of Lindley Court Residents Limited.

Day-to-Day Management of Ingram Court

In practice, the Directors of Lindley Court Residents Ltd appoint a property Managing Agent to carry out management tasks on their behalf.

Prior to 2022, the Managing Agent were The Edwin Watson Partnership of Norwich ( “Watsons”)

In the 2nd quarter of 2022 a rigorous tendering exercise was conducted to identify potentiasl new Managing Agents, (more information here) resulting in the appointment of:

Site Visits And The AGM

A quarterly review and inspection of the site is carried out in the presence of the LCRL Directors and the managing agents.

We check and inspect (amongst other things)

Access roads and paths (condition of surfaces, kerbs etc)
Bin stores (identifying unauthorised waste)
Maintenance of grounds and gardens
Condition of communal areas (hallways and landings)
Exterior paintwork, condition of walls, cleanliness of windows
Presence of unathorised fittings (Satellite dishes, clothes lines garden ornaments)

Our AGM is held in late October. All owners are invited to attend. The Agenda and minutes from previous meetings will appear here when available.
