We actively encourage flat owners who haven’t already replaced their windows, to do so in matching brown UPVC.

Owners are required to seek approval from the managing agents, Norwich Residential Management (NRM), for any window replacements. This is simply to ensure that any work is consistent with the other windows on the Ingram Court site (ie same colour frames and/or style).

A preference for most owners is to procure windows with a brown exterior, and white interior.
